When refunds apply and how to request one.

We want you to feel safe spending with VisNavigans. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund, by product type. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

| On-demand course | Requested within 7 days of purchase and you have watched less than 20% of the total course runtime. |
| Course bundle | Requested within 7 days of purchase and you have watched less than 20% of any course in the bundle. |
| Bootcamp (cohort) | Requested 7 or more days before the first scheduled live class, OR within 7 days of enrollment if attended less than 10% of completed sessions. |
| 1:1 mentor session | Cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Pending bookings (not yet approved by the mentor) are always refundable. |
| Downloadable resource | Requested within 3 days of purchase and the file has not been downloaded. |

Eligible refunds are approved within two (2) business days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
For bootcamps and multi-session purchases that are cancelled after they begin, we may at our discretion issue a partial refund, account credit, or reschedule to a later cohort. We evaluate requests case by case.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Disputes raised with the payment processor before a refund has been requested from VisNavigans may delay resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
