Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for the mentoring relationship facilitated by the Visnavigans platform. The purpose is to support your professional and personal growth through guidance from experienced mentors.
Confidentiality
Both the mentor and mentee agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and professional information shared during the mentoring sessions. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
Duration and Frequency
The mentoring relationship will be conducted on a session-by-session basis. Sessions are scheduled through the platform at mutually agreed times. Each session is approximately 60 minutes.
Mentee Responsibilities
- Come prepared with topics and questions for each session
- Be punctual and respectful of the mentor's time
- Actively apply advice and feedback received
- Communicate openly about goals and progress
- Provide honest feedback about the mentoring experience
Boundaries and Expectations
The mentee agrees to maintain professional boundaries and ensure the mentoring relationship remains focused on professional development goals.
Review and Closure
Either party may end the mentoring relationship at any time. A review of the relationship progress is encouraged at regular intervals.
