Browser compatibility

The platform is built for modern browsers. Most people are fine on whatever they already use — but if something's not working, the first thing to check is whether your browser is up to date.

Fully supported

  • Chrome (desktop + Android) — last 2 major versions
  • Firefox (desktop + Android) — last 2 major versions
  • Safari (macOS + iOS) — version 15 and above
  • Edge — last 2 major versions (Chromium-based)

Works but with limitations

  • Opera — works fine; we don't test against it but no known issues
  • Brave — works; may need to whitelist our domain if aggressive privacy settings block features
  • Samsung Internet — works on Android

Known to break

  • Internet Explorer — no support. IE is deprecated everywhere.
  • Old Safari (pre-15) — missing modern features; the video player especially struggles.
  • Browsers from 2018 or earlier — various issues.

How to update

Most browsers auto-update silently. If yours is old:

  • Chrome / Firefox / Edge — the About page above triggers the update when opened. Restart the browser afterwards.
  • Safari — updates with macOS itself. System Settings → Software Update.
  • Mobile browsers — they update via the App Store / Play Store along with the OS.

JavaScript must be enabled

The platform relies on JavaScript for everything interactive (login, checkout, video player, comments, etc.). If you've disabled it via a plugin like NoScript or uBlock, whitelist our domain.

Cookies must be allowed

Login and cart state live in cookies. If cookies are blocked or nuked after every page load, you'll be logged out constantly. Allow at least first-party cookies for our domain.

Third-party cookies

Some features (Stripe 3-D Secure, Zoom redirect) use third-party cookies. If you've blocked all third-party cookies, payment and sessions may fail at specific steps. Safari and Brave block by default; add exceptions as needed.

Screen size

Desktop experience is built for at least 1024px wide. Phone layout starts at 320px. Tablet is between. Anything smaller than 320px (rare) may see layout issues.

Ad blockers

We don't serve ads so you don't need to block them. Aggressive ad blockers sometimes match platform elements by accident — if something's missing, try disabling your ad blocker on our domain and refresh.

Private / incognito mode

Works, but you're not logged in. Open the site in a normal window to keep your login.

If nothing else helps

  1. Try a different browser entirely.
  2. Try a different device (phone vs laptop).
  3. Clear cache and cookies for our domain (see "Clearing cache and cookies").
  4. Open a support ticket with: your browser + version, your OS + version, what you were trying to do, what happened.
