Your purchase history and invoices

Every transaction you've ever made on VisNavigans — courses, bootcamps, sessions, bundles, resources — lives in one place. This is also where you request refunds and download invoices.

How to get there

Click your avatar → Purchase History, or go to /purchase-history.

What you'll see

A paginated table showing:

  • Date — when the transaction happened
  • Item — course/bootcamp/session/bundle/resource name and thumbnail
  • Amount — what you paid after any coupon
  • Payment method — Stripe / PayPal / etc.
  • Status — Completed / Refunded / Refund requested
  • Actions — View detail, Download invoice, Request refund

Filtering

The filter bar at the top lets you narrow by:

  • Product type — only courses, or only sessions, etc.
  • Date range — useful for tax-time exports
  • Status — completed, refunded, pending

Downloading an invoice

  1. Find the transaction in the list.
  2. Click Download invoice — a PDF opens.
  3. The PDF includes the platform's company info, your name/email, item purchased, amount, tax, and a transaction ID.

If you need a custom invoice with your company name and address (for expense reports), message support — we can regenerate with your billing entity's details.

Requesting a refund

  1. Find the transaction.
  2. Click Request refund — a modal opens.
  3. Choose a reason from the dropdown (or "Other" and describe).
  4. Add any additional context. This goes to the mentor for context.
  5. Click Submit.

If you're within the policy window (see "Refund policy"), the refund processes automatically and you see "Refunded" within seconds. Money returns to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

If you're outside the policy window, the request still submits but an admin reviews it manually. You'll be notified within 24–48 hours.

Reaccessing purchased content

Courses, bootcamps, and bundles you've bought all show up in My Courses. Resources (PDFs etc.) are under My Resources. Bookings are under My Bookings.

Lost your receipt?

Stripe also emails a receipt at time of purchase — check your inbox for emails from "Stripe" or "[the platform]". The invoice in your purchase history is the canonical record regardless.
