You picked a role when you signed up — mentee (student) or mentor (instructor). Your dashboard, menus, and available actions are tailored to that role.
Not sure which to pick? Start as a mentee — you can always apply to become a mentor later from your account settings. It's harder to go the other direction.

Getting help
If an article doesn't answer your question, open a support ticket from your account menu. We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends. Tickets about refunds or billing get priority.
