Navigating the platform

A quick tour of where everything lives. Once you know the layout, the platform gets out of your way.

The top navigation bar

Visible on every page when you're logged in:

  • Logo (left) — always returns you to the home page.
  • Browse — dropdown with Courses, Bootcamps, Mentors, Resources, Bundles.
  • Search icon — search across everything in the catalog.
  • Cart icon — items you've added but haven't checked out yet. Shows a count badge when non-empty.
  • Wishlist icon — things you want to buy later.
  • Notifications — bell icon with an unread count. Click to see recent activity (new replies, booking approvals, payment receipts).
  • Help — direct link to this knowledge base.
  • Your avatar — the hub for your dashboard, account settings, and logout.

Your dashboard

Click your avatar → "Dashboard". This is role-specific:

Mentee dashboard

  • My Courses — everything you've purchased or been enrolled in. Click any to pick up where you left off.
  • My Bookings — upcoming, pending, and past 1:1 sessions.
  • Purchase History — every transaction with invoices.
  • Messages — threads with mentors you've booked.
  • Support Tickets — help requests you've opened.

Mentor dashboard

  • Overview — headline stats: active students, upcoming sessions, pending bookings, earnings this month.
  • Courses / Bootcamps / Resources / Bundles — content you've created.
  • Pending Bookings — session requests awaiting your approval.
  • Schedule — your availability calendar.
  • Sales Report — earnings breakdown.
  • Payouts — history of money you've received.
  • Students — everyone currently enrolled with you.
  • Messages, Support Tickets — same as mentee.

Search

The magnifying-glass icon opens a global search. Type anything — mentor name, course title, topic — and we match across every entity. Results are grouped by type with quick-preview cards.

Notifications

Click the bell. Unread notifications are highlighted. Every notification has a direct link — click it to jump to the thing that prompted it (a new reply, a booking, a refund).

You can configure which notifications you want (in-app only vs email) from Account Settings → Notifications.

Mobile

The site is fully responsive. On phones, the top-nav collapses into a hamburger menu (three lines, top-right). Tap it to access all the same destinations.
